Here at Penguins Egg we are taking the right precautions to ensure our own safety and the safety of our clients.

We ask if occupants of any lived-in residencies can vacate during our appointment. This will cover the social distancing measures.  

To minimise the contact of objects and surfaces within the property we ask if your property could be well presented for the photo-shoot. Here is a link to a guide on how to present your property for a Penguins Egg Photo shoot.

1 - Hand Washing. (We will be washing our hands on a regular basis with alcohol-gel).

2 - Masks. (Masks will be worn in occupied residences).  

3 - Maintain two metres’ social distancing ‘where possible’. This is why we ask for occupants to vacate their property whilst we conduct our appointment.

4 - Manage transmission risk. (Before our appointment please ensure all surfaces have been cleaned with anti-bacterial sprays or wipes).

5 - Covid-19 positive. If any client, seller or tenant is or has been Covid Positive we need to know. Even if you have any symptoms.
